Dr Roopa Gill
Primary qualifications: MBChB Bsc (Hons) MRCP MRCGP DRCOG DFRSH
Roopa qualified from Bristol Medical School in 2003. She completed her postgraduate medical training on the Barts and the London Medical Rotation, gaining her MRCP, where she was also appointed as an Associate College Tutor. On completion of this, she joined the St Mary’s London GP training scheme, qualifying as a GP in 2010. She has very much enjoyed working in a diverse range of settings since, from working as a GP for the homeless to practicing as an expatriate GP in Tokyo.
In 2018 she was involved in a successful Wessex LMC “Triple E” pilot aimed at boosting resilience in the local GP workforce. She is also a GP appraiser. She has a particular passion for colleague mental health and wellbeing , and joined PHP as a clinician in 2016.
