Sheila has over 20 years experience in Counselling, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy combined and is a member of the Lincoln Clinic & Centre for Psychotherapy. She worked as a Student Counsellor and has extended her work with a wide variety of people from students to Counselling in a Dr’s surgery working in a Multi-disciplinary Team. Her experience extends among other things to working with those suffering with depression resulting from work and family related problems, to those struggling with eating disorders, drug and alcohol problems, bereavement, relationship problems, poor self-esteem and identity issues.
Sheila also works with other professional organisations in her capacity as a Therapist as well as working in private practice. She is a professional member of the British Psychoanalytical Council (BPC).
