Bullying and harassment although unacceptable and unnecessary are all too common and can lead people to self-refer to PH.
Ideally, employers have specific procedures and policies in place to deal with bullying and harassment in the workplace. Going through the processes involved however can be extremely stressful and some people, as a result develop mental health problems.
During the ten years that we have been in operation, we have seen many of the tragic consequences of bullying in the workplace and the adverse impact this has on the lives and health of our patients.
