Nadya Ramani

Nadya is the Data Quality Lead for PH. She has worked at PH since August 2017, first in Operations Team and now in Data and Information Team. She manages patient's flow through their care pathway ensuring all patients are cared for optimally.  She ensures - amongst other things - that all the occupations, patient type, MDT, therapy documents and discharges are coded correctly and looks after various daily, fortnightly and monthly reports.  She manages the oversight of our RAG system.   

Nadya defines all the necessary codes that are required when new processes are released. She also creates necessary templates which ensure consistency in coding across all records on EMIS.  Nadya is an expert user of SmartSurvey and our Booking Platform.

Nadya has a strong background in banking and customer service. She enjoys cooking and singing.
