Stress and Examinations Course
The course will be facilitated by an experienced CBT practitioner and provides techniques for dealing with anxiety and stress in the lead up to and during exams. This one day course covers tools and techniques for dealing with exam stress and is delivered by Richard Jones, Clinical Director, PHP
The course is delivered at Riverside Medical Centre, Vauxhall and runs from 9.00am – 12.00pm. There are a maximum 12 places per course. This three-hour session is open to all specialties (see Eligibility) on:

This conference focuses on Enhancing Resilience, Reducing Stress & Supporting the Wellbeing of Doctors. Following the recent GMC commissioned report ‘Caring for Doctors, Caring for Patients’ the conference addresses how we can meet the recommendations of this report and work more to deliver effective resilience and wellbeing programmes to support doctors and other clinical staff working in the NHS. Chief Excutive for Practioner Health Lucy Warner will be one of the speakers at this event.

International conference on physician health 2020: A vision for humanity in medicine
